CECS software package covers, virtualy all tasks related to road, rail and parking lot design&reconstruction; surveying analaysis; terrain modeling; and earthworks. It consists from over 150 very intuitive organized commands, that are supposed to give you maximum of effectivness, and save time by altering very painfull 'manual' work with some very efficient solutions for some of most commonly encountered problems during design process. Software is acompanied with fully detailed and illustrated HELP system, and set of instructive AVI movies.
